Established in early 2017, Smithfield Hands & Hearts has a day program that meets once a week to offer social and educational activities to adults with intellectual and other disabilities. Currently we serve 13 members from Smithfield, Battery Park, Carrollton, and Suffolk. We hope to one day have a permanent resource center to teach job skills and provide further outlets for social and creative growth.
